All claims should be examined by the institution to which they have been submitted. The institutions concerned will then be advised immediately so that the examination of the claims can be done at the same time to avoid delays. After each Social Security institution has agreed on the portion of the benefit which is to be paid, the claimer will be informed of the amount he/she should recieve from each institution. The claimer will also be informed of Appeal Procedures.
