In addition to offering one’s services for employment, a CARICOM National may choose to:

Establish a business, or

Provide services.
Persons engaged in such activities are considered non-wage earners or self employed-CARICOM Nationals. The right to free movement to undertake such activities is articulated in Articles 30, 32, 33, 34, 36 and 37 of Revised Treaty.
