Establishment of a Single Jurisdiction

The basic premise of the single jurisdiction is that a business that is established (i.e. incorporated/registered) in a CSME Member State is deemed to be established in all CSME Member States save the requirements to obtain the necessary permits/licenses and to register for social security and tax purposes.
